Plex Server at 100% cpu usage while direct playing

Server Version#: Version 3.77.4
Player Version#: plex for samsung ver 3.72.1

As I say in the title, when I play a bigger 4k movie (ca 70gb) the cpu usage of my synology nas gets to 100% and my stream buffers a lot.
The Resource Monitor tells me the Plex trascoder is running with about 95% cpu usage. The Problem is I dont want him to transcode anything as im direct playing the movie from my TV (samsung UE55NU7179UXZG)
The TV does have H.265 support and is wired in directly to the Router the nas is connected to as well, so it can’t be a Bandwidth problem.
