Plex Server can not log in to my PLex Account

Server Version#: 1.18.7.2457
Player Version#: Plex Web

I have not used plex now in a few weeks.
Today I wanted to use it again but my media is gone.

I watched in some forums now and found out that my Media server is not connected to my Plex Account.
I deleted informations from the Preferences.xml like it is described in one of the solutions.
When I now try to login my server now again i get a error message that it did now work.

I found an error in the Logfiles but can not analyze it any further.
Could someone help me please?[Plex Media Server (1).log|attachment]

Would you try again please except this time, Please make a ZIP of the entire “Logs” directory from File Station?

There is a problem with the network cable.
The ethernet keeps starting & stopping (UP / DOWN)

Are you sure?

Because i can operate on the NAS without any problems.
Local stream with VLC Player on my tv in another room (WIFI) is working without any problems.

I am certain.

It cannot resolve EXTERNAL IP addresses.
