Plex Server cannot enable remote support

I am running a plex server on my home server which is running windows server 2012 r2 Data center, I have enabled a port forward in my router using tcp ip 32400 to my server, i have also allowed the program through the windows firewall but i am still unable to enable remote connection. I do not have any antivirus software running on the server at the time of the test either

I am also unable to connect to the server using local ip:32400 which make me believe it is to do with something on the server but i dont know what

I have also tried changing the dns server from the server to the router as this is a DC server but it has made no effect and have changed back to the server

I have made sure that plex is also running as administrator just incase that was an issue

Please can someone help with this issue?

I believe i may have found the issue but i do not know how to fix it

I have found that my server is running NAP (Network Policy Server) but i do not know how to allow Plex through

Can someone please advise how, i have tried googling it but it does not seem that straight forward

Did you tick manually specify port on the server remote access settings page and enter 32400 in the box?
