restarting the server fixes the problem or waiting about 10 min will fix it. i also see plex cpu usage goes high using this Dir “C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Resources\Plug-ins-e67a4e892\LocalMedia.bundle” .
my firewall is off and i don’t have any 3rd party firewalls.
the server is unreachable on local machine, same network and remote.
i have tried to repair my database and it didn’t help.
