Plex Server crashes when opening Plex app on nvidia Shield TV

Server Version#: 1.21.1.x (all three Versions which where released)
Player Version#: 8.11.0

My Plex Server always crashes on my Windows 10 PC, when I open the Plex app on my Nvidia Shield TV, which is connected to this Server. My other PC which has a very similar configuration runs fine with the 1.21.1.x Versions of the PMS.

I would be grateful if someone can help.

Update: I started from scratch and setup a completely new Plex-Server with new database and now it works. Maybe the old database was corrupted.
