I appreciate the help though @ChuckPa I was trying to track down that crash but after I upgraded to the next release AND replaced the file in question the crash went away.
Hello friend … excuse me if I bother you, the truth is that in my case the problem persists and PLEX keeps crashing. I would like to know then how exactly can I detect the content or the user who is generating the problem?
Hello, me again … I really would like to receive your help to detect the content that may be causing me this problem, because I still have the same problem
I look at what’s playing using GitHub - Tautulli/Tautulli: A Python based monitoring and tracking tool for Plex Media Server. when the server crashed I saw what was playing and scan the files in question.
I mentioned one approach to you before when I started investigating the problem which was to bring in users one at a time until you hit the problem
Other option could be to look at the dashboard for the server on Plex Web and see what was played in last 7 days and try to reproduce the problem with these until you identify the movie / tv show / video
