After this update my server is crashing. The dashboard is also blank which preludes the server crashing. The UI on app.plex.tv becomes unresponsive. I have to restart the plex server to get everything to come back.
I restarted plex at 15:23:28

any idea based off the logs? The dashboard/now playing going in/out is really frustrating

It looks like all of their services are offline, which is what’s causing the buffering / blank screen issue.
This has been going on for 5 days though
When this happens does the dashboard say “unable to load statistics”?
No. It just says nothing is playing. When I navigate to another setting it says unreachable. Then the server dies
Does the server completely crash or does it stay running in a deadlocked state? Meaning the app is still running but unresponsive.
I looked at the deadlock thread, but I dont see anything mentioning deadlock issues in my logs…I only have Tautulli running…I was running Overseerr a month ago but I killed it because the API was killing my plex server.
So it looks like something is playing from the bandwidth graph but nothing shows. hmm weird. Never seen this one before.
@ChuckPa showed me how to track down bad client that where causing issues, but those errors aren’t in this debug that I can find
I’m thinking its a bad file, but how will that show in Plex that it errors during a transcode?
Was able to catch it. Looks like movies with SRT subtitles are hard crashing

Hello my friend… in this moment I have the same problem, How could you solve it?
I haven’t run into anymore issues. I did have a few bad files that could have been the cause. I know there was a user who had an xbox client that was crashing the server, but knock on wood I haven’t had anymore issues after updating to the latest release.

The client killed that one then something went sideways.
Have you considered updating to 1.24.2+ where there have been some fixed in that area ?
I’m on 1.24.3.5033 *now and it hasn’t crashed on me. I also ran into an issue where some of the files where corrupted and after I re-ripped it I didn’t have anymore issues with those files. I used Tautulli to see what files where being watched when Plex crash and used HBBatchBeast/README.md at master · HaveAGitGat/HBBatchBeast · GitHub to run through the files in question. I also manually ran them through ffmpeg and saw they had issues.
I also updated my NAS OS from Windows Server 2012R2 to 2019
I think I spent a few days of watching my plex server like a hawk to narrow that down.
I’m still worried that a plex client could kill the plex server. 
The logs you posted ? Perhaps wrong one?
