Plex Server Crashing on Nights When Database Optimization Tasks Are Performed

Hello All, I have recently been experiencing issues with PMS where the server hangs on nights that the database is either being optimized or where old bundles are removed each week. The nights that the database is backed up is fine, except for when the database optimization and backup occur on the same night (Thursday for me).

I’ve been able to optimize the database manually and have also followed the steps to repair the database using sqlite3.exe, but the problem still persists every week on Thursday mornings.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

The server hung again tonight after starting nightly maintenance. The Dashboard notification shows “Backing up database” as the last action performed. Which log files should one look at to see what is causing the server hang?

Looking at Task Manager, Plex Media Server shows very high CPU utilization but no disk utilization.
