Player Version#: Nvidia shield
I can’t play 4k videos on my nvidia shield anymore.
When I play the same files on my pc browser or windows plex app the server doesn’t crash.
I tried few different 4k movies on the nvidia shield but the server keep crashing (I’ve to log into the server and manually restart it)

Server is crashing even if I just navigate (on my nvidia shield) to a movie inside my 4k library
I just updated to PlexMediaServer-1.15.6.1079-78232c603-x86, same issue.
I tried using plex for kodi on my shield, same issue.
With plex media player for windows everything runs fine
up, I need help to fix this.

I made few more tests and I found that the server is crashing only when I use a specific home user and only on the nvidia shield, if I switch the user to another one I can navigate through libraries a play videos without issues.
How is it possible? I can’t just use a different user, I’m using webhooks for domotics in my home theatre and need to use the one “bound” to my room. I never had problem and played everything fine in the past.
