Plex client on nvidia shield crashing on 4K content on remote server

Hi,

Three times over the last two days (once yesterday, twice today), I’ve had Plex crash watching 4K content. It has not crashed watching 1080p content. The server logs do not appear to contain anything useful.

Any idea what might be happening here?

EDIT: this is on the new player by the way, not sure if this is also happening on the old one.
