I would suggest opening an issue with NVidias customer care team as well.
If the issue potentially is a bug in how they/Android TV is dealing with adopted storage, PLex won’t be able to fix that on their end as it’s an issue in the underlying “os”.

I have the same problem here : Today I lost my server Plex: I have a server “localhost” but I lost my server “Perceval” with all my media. I spent several hours building my Plex library and lost everything. Help me please ! My family can not see our movies anymore!
Anyone find a solution yet? Mine is still doing this.

Nope, I’ve restarted my shield twice today and had to redo my server every time.
