Plex Server does not start on my Ds415Play Synology

Player Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.23.0.4438-5eef0fd80-x86_DSM6.spk

Since the last update of the Plex server dated April 26, 2021 on my NAS Synology DS415Play, I cannot launch the server on the NAS. It starts updating and does not go to the end. It stops then and show the Launch button again as if nothing had been done.
I cannot then access my medias from any of my devices, the NAS server not being accessible.
I think this is a bug, as it was working well with the previous update.

Others have reported same problem. Also issues on DS414 running DSM 7.

Plex is investigating.

I just reproduced the error on our lab DS214play (x86 – unfortunately).
I am working now to try and reproduce on any of our lab ARM systems.

Please hold tight. Please resist spawning new threads.

Update:

I was able to reproduce on a DS214play (Intel 32bit) and DS213j (ARMv7) with DSM 6.

When the build team is back in the office (they are in Europe), they will look at my findings.

For now, please continue to use the “Public” version.

You should be able to fallback to the public version, 1.22.3.4392. I just installed it on my DS414.

It is still available at plex.tv/download if you turn off Plex Pass downloads.

I have some test builds. I’ve tested the X86 build and it works.
