Dead on arrival here too. DS415Play DSM 6.2.4. Attached today’s logs. EDIT: Upgrade was attempted at around 15:20 onwards.

same here with DS415Play, no start possible after the update to this version.
Thanks. Sorry I must have missed the DSM 7 bit of the thread. I’ve rolled my server back to PlexMediaServer-1.22.3.4392-d7c624def-x86_DSM6 for now and this build is working fine.
I did a lot of digging on this.
I found where it’s breaking. I’m not sure why but Engineering thinks they do.
When I left it with them yesterday, we had it isolated as to WHEN it occurred.
I’ll hopefully hear today that it’s been pinpointed and corrected.
64bit intel version coming soon?

Appreciate it. I ran across this thread when I upgraded to this version and it stopped working. Seeing what else may have caused this issue.
Open a fresh thread and tag it, include your logs and we’ll see what’s up
You can make a ZIP of the “Logs” directory in the Plex shared folder if PMS won’t start.
