I have a problem with servers. For many years, plex just works fine, but now, and at least a year ago not showing any mediaserver. Server is running in win10, task manager shows running, but in the web and mobile, or tv, the my media page only shows me to download the server for win10…

Sounds like your server is associated with a different Plex account. Use https://support.plex.tv/articles/201543057-why-is-some-of-my-content-not-found/ to identify that account. Then either sign into the clients with that account or use that guide to remove the information and reclaim under your current account.
The account is the same, if i dont get wrong. In plex website i login, press laumch, and start plexapp with the same email i can login, but not showing any media, and in the settings i dont have the server settings.
How can i delete all of data, everythimg and start over the whole plex thing? I deleted the server, but after i reinstall all of my settings are the same.

Thanks, removed all of the settings all files, registry entries, and a clean install solved my problem
