Plex Server doesnt understand that it is the sever!

Ubuntu Sever: 24.04.3 LTS

So, I had an issue with my Ubuntu VM server and then also having issue with getting the plex server be a server again. Basically, when i log into the server it kept “Media server not found”, even thought i log to the server…..
Anyway, I decided to recreate the VM so i can start from scratch.. However, when i logged in, it somehow already saved my login information.. Never asked me to “setup” the plex server again. I used the link http://x.x.x.x:32400/web/index.html#!/setup/ but kept saying “Media server not found”. I dont see a way to setup the server again or to tell it that this VM is the server…

Any ideas or suggestion?
