Plex server error when need transcoding files

Player Version#: any that can’t read truehd
Hi, i have an error when i need to transcode dolby truehd to another codec, in the logs i have the following lines:

and when i manually go to the url that return an error i have this message:

what do i have to do?

I precise that i did go to the codec folder of the server and i saw the “EasyAudioEncoder” folder with a .tmp at the end of the name, which i removed but still have the error.
