[Windows] Plex server cannot transcode TrueHD

Hi

Recently uploaded some h.265 content that has TrueHD audio and now plex errors with transcoding with the below error.

I have tried clearing the codecs folder and let the server re-obtain but this didnt help.

Has anyone else had this? or know what the fix is?

In the codec folder do you have “Easy Audio Encoder-xxxxxxx” followed by any “EasyAudioEncoder” folder with a single “EasyAudioEncoder.exe” file?

If not, it means something is stopping PMS from downloading this needed file. Check your logs to see if there is more info about not being able to get this file.
