I installed update v1.30.2.6563 this morning and have been having problems with several issues all day.
#1 - On the Windows 10 application I am constantly losing connection to the server which can only be resolved by reinstalling the application. I’ve tried all manner of signing out and signing back in, everything I could find on Google, but only reinstalling the update resolves this issue.
#2 - I’m getting tons of mouse input latency since installing the update. CPU @ 3% usage, Memory @ 11% usage, Disk & Network @ 0% usage, Power Usage & Trend both showing very low. If I close everything and reboot, it seems to clear up for a bit, but as soon as I open the Windows 10 Plex app I notice a slight latency, within 5 minutes of using the app the latency is horrible. I’ve tried adjusting multiple settings, tried restoring it all to default, no resolve.
#3 - Since doing the update, I can no longer scroll up or down through my library (Movies) menu with the mouse wheel. I can click on the scrollbar to the right side and move up and down, but with the latency issue, this makes the application near unusable. I can still scroll fine on the web app using the mouse wheel, but nothing on the Windows app.
I’ve downloaded all the datalogs, but honestly I’m such a Plex noob (only my 4th or 5th day using it switching from Kodi) that I’m not really sure what I should be looking for. Of course I deleted the old version of the application installed which I am currently kicking myself for. Anyone have any ideas that might steer me in the right direction?
