This happened to me too, see here: Plex Server all of the sudden unavailable/unreachable.
Check and see if there is a new server listed in your settings. Once you connect to it, you’ll be able to access all your libraries again, but you have to unpin the library links to the old server and repin to the new. Hope this helps.
