Someone will be playing something and the end user sees “media not available” and the server will be frozen. Mouse won’t move. Restart required. This started about a week or so ago. Logs were pulled right after I restarted after the last freeze.

If the machine itself freezes to the point where the mouse won’t even move, I would guess that the problem runs deeper then Plex.
Windows up to date, drivers updated? Have you tried stresstesting the hardware? What else is running on the machine?
Baremetal or virtual machine?
The only thing running on the box is PLEX. Windows 11 Pro.

I’ve been having constant crashes today - just downgraded to the previous version and it already seems more stable, but can’t confirm it just yet. Worth a try.
