Plex server is listed as unavailable only in Apple TV app

Server Version#: Synology 1.21.0.3744
Player Version#: Apple TV 7.23 (1076)

The server is running on my synology box. I can hit the server fine from my Mac and load it up in the web interface. But on my Apple TV, on the same network, it’s listed as inaccessible - direct connection unavailable. (it’s been working for a good long time and this problem just started, with no apparent change of anything). I’ve tried restarting the server and force quitting the Apple TV app. I’ve tried rebooting the entire synology, nothing has helped.

Thanks, can I install the new version on top of the package center one, or do I need to uninstall the old one first? Will this keep all of my library setup, or will I need to recreate that?

Great - I did this, it upgraded in place fine, and it’s visible on the Apple TV now. This is a little weird, since it was definitely working for a while after I updated to DSM 7, but I’ll take it. Thanks!
