Appletv cannot access synology Plex server

I can see server content on Plex.tv, on pc windows app, but not on appletv. It says empty, load content. Have another entry to same plex server, it has an ! point. any thoughts? I’m running out of things to try.

What AppleTV model ? ATV2 and ATV3 use a non-official plex client, ATV4 uses an official plex client.

Its model A 1842. I have a synology Ds418 with plex and movies on it. It shows up on appleTV. I have a synology Ds1019, which was available once but now it is not. Gives error load content. Nothing that I know has really changed.
