have been having some rather large buffering issues and losing connection alot lately and ive checked and its definitely not my connection nor at the server end

Plex Media Server version and platform (Win/Mac/Linux/Docker/etc)
Plex client(s) - platform & version
Does the problem happen with some media or all media?
Specific to a certain media type - 4K HDR, DVD rips (MPEG2 video), etc.
Is the media transcoding? What is displayed in Plex Dashboard → Now Playing? Expand to show details. Is the video or audio transcoding?
Be prepared to supply log files if asked. Set your server for debug, not verbose, logs. See Reporting Issues with Plex Media Server for details on how to configure your server for debug logs.
