Yep, me too. And I just got the server upgrade today to Version 1.18.2.2058 and I rebooted my HDHomeRun too.
Server crashes when I try Live TV & DVR.
And I hope this info will help our PLEX developers:
I’m using a Windows 10 PC with build 18363.476
playback on Roku Ultra
PLEX server v 1.18.2.2058
Web client is v4.8.4
PLEX media server log files attached:

Hmm… no updates, no replies and the problem fixed itself! Go figure.
Dang! I spoke too soon. The problem came back. I’ve rebooted everything. Don’t know what to do next. Perhaps go back a version or two on the Plex server? More later…
I have this exact same issue. I just updated my server to v1.18.1.2058 so I’m guessing this is a bug with this version.
Yep, I too think a bug needs to be squashed. I spent the weekend trying this and that, even replaced my Roku and the HDMI cables with new.
Finally, the fix was to UNCHECK the box in the Settings->Transcoder -> Use hardware acceleration when available. Not sure what hardware accelerator Plex was trying to use but disabling it fixed the problem for me.
FYI:
Plex server is on a desktop Dell 8920 with a AMD Radeon RX 480 graphics card and Intel HD Graphics 630
using an HDHomeRun Connect Duo for OTA channels
Same problem here:
HDHomeRun Quatro
Really bad timing here as today I cut the cord with Comcast.
Spoke too soon. Upgrading to latest Beta code 1.18.3.2129 fixed it.
Disabling hardware transcoding fixed mine also, thanks for posting!
