Plex server keeps stopping

Server Version#: 1.31.3.6868-7000
Player Version#: chrome 4.139.0
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
plex keeps stopping after downgrade.
downgraded from 1.41.0.8992 to 1.31.3.6868
it says 503 Maintenance “Plex Media Server is currently running database migrations”
after about 5 mins. i opened plex web page. but shortly the service is going off.
in synology DSM 7, package center it says “plex stopped manually”
so i turned on plex again but after shortly it stopped again and again.

after upgrade i can’t play all hevc videos. there was no problem at all before upgrade.
i could play hevc on 1.31.3.6868.
but after upgrade all hevc doesn’t play on the web player (chrome,edge,firefox).
it says “this server is not powerful enough to convert video”

yes i know plex application play all videos with “direct play”
but my home users don’t want to be cumbersome to install.

older version could play directly hevc.

Stay on a 1.40+ release.

The server stops when you fall back to 1.31.3.

1.40 introduced many database changes and it is causing problems when you try to fall back to a pre 1.40 release.
