When I check the dashboard for my Plex server, I see this error under Remote Access. If I select “retry” it temporarily tells me " Fully accessible outside your network," but then after about five seconds it reverts to “Not available outside your network.”
I followed the troublshooting guide. I am not double-NAT-ing. I white listed 32400 through the firewall.
This doesn’t seem to prevent users of the server from connecting and streaming content.
