Error: Remote access error "Not available outside your network" on Synology NAS

Synology version#: 7.2.1-69057

I have been using Plex on my Synology NAS for several years but recently I have run into an error. If I go to Settings > Remote Access I can click the Retry button and access will temporarily work, but after playing for 15 minutes or so, I will get the same error. See screenshot below. Any suggestions?
