actually I’m encountering a strange issue with my Plex server.
I have configured it some accounts, one (my main account) administrator and others users. The problem is that since yesterday accessing it via browser (on app.plex.tv)/Windows app I can’t reach it, but only with my main account, all others users (friends) can with theirs account. I gave my login data to a friend of mine and he can’t access with my account too and vice versa, I can access with the friend’s account.
With this test I excluded the server network, my network, my friends network, and various browsers used. I already tried to reboot the server and the two routers (server router and my router) but nothing. Still appears offline with my account.
What can I try to do?

You were using previously a different plex.tv account.
From which you have shared a server to your currently used account.
Then you changed the plex account of one server.
I removed and claimed the server again, but the issue persists with my account (used to claim) and not with my friends’ accounts.
However I don’t have others accounts, only my main account since ever and always used to claim new servers .
I’m in my house but the server is located at a family relative house, so there are two different networks and routers. I claimed it using the ssh tunnel, so I’m able to see it on 127.0.0.1:32400
