I have somehow used two different accounts. With one account (say Account #1), I have a lifetime Press Pass. But if I log in with it on plex.tv, I can’t connect - not from a Web interface or from my Roku 3. With the other account (call it Account #2), then I am able to access my server. I’m lost.
It means your server is using account #2
Therefore only clients which are also signed in with #2 are allowed to access it.
Sign in with #2 in the web app
Settings - Server - General - “Sign Out”
Then sign out the web app as well
Sign in to #1
You will get a message about an unclaimed server. Claim it now.
