New user here, and I have the same problem with a freshly installed Linux server: just like in the image above my own server’s web interface always asks me to install Plex Media Server…
I have already tried the suggested remedies:
- signed out from Plex account in my browser, both in the web app and in the local web interface
- stopped Plex Media Server
- uninstalled Plex Media Server and purged all data (verified)
- reinstalled
- started Media Server
- accessed local web interface, logged in with my account
- under Your Media I see … “Get Plex Media Server”
No matter what I do, I always get the “Get Plex Media Server” page…
