Player Version#: New Samsung TV with Tizen
My family is trying to Stream over the Internet 720 but the movie is 4K I thought my Transcoding Video Card should reduce that to 720HD with my limit upload speed of 20 meg on Comcast. Nobody else is online uploading at the time.
My Server is Windows 11 Pro i7-4790k with 32 gig using Nvidia Quadro P2200 card.
I have the setting on the server Transcoder Quality “Automatic” Buffer set"240" Transcoding x264 set Very Fast, HDR Tone mapping is OFF, Use hardware-accelerated video encoding, Video Quality Internet Streaming is set “2 mbps 720”
The Movie is Primal Fear (1996) in 4K
Or do I need to change my library back from 4K to 720HD outside of my home for streaming ?
