Plex Server now requiring Plex Pass to manipulate my personal Library?

Someone else reported this a few months ago. See this for possible resolution:

Unable to update library

Server Version#: Version 4.41.1 Player Version#: unknown I tried to update my Music Library and I got a message saying “This library requires your server be signed in to a Plex Pass account.” I’ve never had this message before. The only tip I could find online was to delete and replace the library. Now the new library won’t scan the music folder either, and gives me the same error message.
