Unable to update library

Player Version#: unknown

I tried to update my Music Library and I got a message saying “This library requires your server be signed in to a Plex Pass account.” I’ve never had this message before. The only tip I could find online was to delete and replace the library. Now the new library won’t scan the music folder either, and gives me the same error message.

Stop your Plex server, wait a few seconds then start it back up.
Make sure internet connection is functional while doing so.

@OttoKerner What do you mean “Stop the server”? You mean turn off the computer?
