Plex Server on NAS device (MyCloud) is not reachable

I’m getting an error “Plex is not reachable”, when ram trying to connect Plex media server on My Cloud(WD).

My TV is connected to Plex and is streaming movies from my MyCloud device, but I’m getting this error trying to access from my MacBook.
MyCloud is also accessible through web and via wifi.
