Signed into same account on Plex Apple TV app and Plex server hosted on Synology DS1520. When trying to access from Apple TV I initially got a message that the device was not authorized. The server is now listed under the “more…” menu but marked as unavailable. Apple TV is 2022 4k with wifi and Ethernet. DS 1520 is running 7.2.1, 16GB ram.
Any thoughts on how to fix?
