Plex Server QNAP 451+ Refusing Connection

I have a QNAP TS-451+ server running firmware QTS 5.2.1.2930. Sometime last night, my server went offline and will no longer show up on my Plex app. I did my normal troubleshooting of rebooting the server and stopping/starting the application from the QNAP App Center to no avail. I’ve updated it to the latest version, and the only page that loads when attempting to launch the application on http://192.168.1.12:32400/web is an error page stating " ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

I’ve attached the log file in the hopes that someone can help me out with this!
