So either a very busy QNAP, AntiVira scanning the database, a database that needs to be optimized, or sadly broken

Just to be able to NOT reproduce that issue again…
I have installed Plex pretty recently on the QNAP (which I bought to use Plex) so I don’t think the DB becoming too large or corrupted over time could be the cause clearly.
The one thing I do with my NAS that I think could corrupt the data eventually is that I have a task to put the NAS on sleep mode every night. Could this be the cause?
