Plex server restore

Hi guys,

My hard drive failed, so I don’t have access to anything on it but I had my Plex server installed on another hard drive and have access to the database files but not the windows registry.

Is there still a way I can restore my old Plex library on a new install? My old server was 32 bit so I was going to install another 32 bit server and then if I got it working upgrade to 64 bit.

Originally, I tried installing a 64-bit server and copied over my database, and all my users were there, but none of my libraries.

It was not the wrong strategy. However, if the server was not cleanly shut down, your database might be defective.
