For years I was using an old Mac Mini running Plex Media Server with the Plex Roku app on my TV. It was flawless. Then I made the mistake of upgrading the system.
I am using a new Mac Mini running Sequoia 15.2 and the Plex Roku app. I have tried everything to get it to work, but the Plex Roku app reports the server is not available and Plex Web shows the icons for the folders on the server but claims the server is not authorized. In the settings of authorized devises the Roku and the Mac Mini are listed as authorized. After trying everything in the support docs, I went so far as to create a new email dedicated to to plex. Then deleted my existing Plex account and reset the Roku. I created new accounts for both using the new email with identical user names and passwords. During setup I claimed the server on the Mac Mini and everything was fine for two days. Plex Web settings is again claiming the server is not authorized but the server is in the authorized devices list. Any ideas?
