Plex Server seeing '/' character in collection name as seperate collections

I’m running Plex on an unRaid server and just noticed that my collection of the V/H/S movies, entitled ‘V/H/S Collection’ is listed multiple times in the movie list. It shows up as independent ‘V’, ‘H’, and ‘S’ collections consisting of the movies. When viewing the actual movies V/H/S and V/H/S/2 it shows they belong to the ‘V’ collection. The movie are correctly parsed individually, just not in the collection name.

Que?

Please use some screenshots to illustrate the issue, I have trouble following.

I’ve taken some screenshots to illustrate the issue.

This is my collection in Ember Media Manager

This is how the movies are displayed individually, with the title displayed correctly, you can see at the bottom that it shows it as part of 'V Collection"

When viewed in the movie list you have multiple entries (There is also one under ‘S’ but I felt that another picture would be unnecessary)

When you view the indivual letter collections you see them as this

Did you install the .nfo importer agents ?
Because otherwise Plex doesn’t care about what you do in Ember.

And if you indeed use the .nfo importer agents, then I think it is better to report the issue to their author.

I do have the nfo importer agents installed. I had not considered it being an issue with the importer, I had assumed it was due to Plex’s parsing of the ‘/’ character in the collection name. I will cross post to that discussion.
