Plex Server service not starting, added in paused state

OS: Windows Server 2012 Standard

I’ve had an installation running for a few months with no change to settings, I woke up this morning to find it was no longer running. I could not find any error logs or crash logs. NSSM starts it in a paused state and starting it manually has no effect (no running process). I’m fully at a loss.

Have you tried rebooting your Windows Server?

Yes, multiple times. No change.

I was able to find relevant logs, I found:
Error: Unable to set up server: Failed to load certificate file ‘C:-Trimmed-\Plex Media Server\Resources\cacert.pem’: No such file or directory (class std::runtime_error)
