Hi, I’m using the Plex server on my Windows 10 Pro PC.
it is connected via Fortigate 60E and it works fine.
the only strange thing is I’m seeing any bandwidth as internal and the source IP is always my GW’s IP, not the public IP of the client.
I’m sure it’s related to some configurations with my FW, any ideas?
A Firewall shouldn’t affect how PMS sees the connection. Are you also using a reverse proxy? That would do it.

created a manual rule to 32400 and it works, but weird.
it wasn’t like that before I had the FW.
That shouldn’t affect if PMS sees it as local or remote. If 32400 was being blocked by your FW, then that should block a direct connection to your server and should trigger Plex Relay to make the connection. That should appear as remote.
If you can send me your PMS logs, there might be info in there. Let me know about what time you saw the connections as being local.
