Plex server stops after last update and NAS-Change

Hi Community,

I’m new here, hello to all.
for 2 years I ran the Plex Server on my Synology NAS 1815+ without any problems until I had a hardware crash 2 weeks ago.
Now I changed to Synology 918+ 'cause of the Hardware Transcoder.
I had to do the migration of my Volume after the crash including a DSM and Plex Server update (actual versions both up to date 2018).
Now I have the problem, that Plex Server sometimes stops even while a movie is running. Then I have to start it again under DSM “installed packages”. I can’t assume which could be the problem because I did these 3 things at the same time:

  • new hardware
  • new version DSM
  • new version Plex Server
Has anybody an idea how to solve the problem respectively how to find the failure?

Thanks to all

Thanks. Here it is:

Dear All
I have a DS115J synology
My plex server stops after a few hours.
I tired 1.10 , 1.12 and 1.13. No matter what version I am using the server stops by itself and I have to start it manually.
Please find my logs attached. Can you please tell me what is wrong ?
Thanks

Thanks for your input. I will try that and let you know.

From your logs:

May 19, 2018 16:02:39.148 [0x440c3400] DEBUG - MyPlex: We appear to have lost Internet connectivity, resetting device URL cache.

You are constantly losing connection to the internet. Check your modem/router and network settings on the NAS. Make sure the cable connections are clean and free of dirt and that you do not have any broken wires etc. in the cable.

Also, try turning off HDD hibernation or adjust the timeout period in DSM Control Panel > Hardware And Power > HDD Hibernation.

Dear trimpy81

Unfortunately server is still sotping

Here are the new logs if you can take a look please
