Plex Server stops responding every night on Windows 10

Every day, I restart the Plex Media Server. We can watch it on the TV for hours without problem. When a particular iPad connects, it plays for a few hours, but then the server becomes unresponsive, and ALL clients can no longer connect.

Here are the logs for the past day… I’m not sure at what point it stops responding… it always happens while I’m sleeping.

Is the system going to sleep or hibernating.

No. The system is set up to never turn off the hard drives or sleep/hibernate. Even if I’m on the computer that is the server, it can’t even connect to localhost. The computer is running fine, but Plex isn’t doing anything. It’s not consuming any notable resources: both memory and CPU usage is very low.

This is a fairly recent problem, maybe in the last 2-3 weeks.
