Plex stops before 4 AM every day, requires manual start

Ran for years before having this problem. I was on the Beta release, so I reinstalled with the local stable release, and the problem persisted. Later updated to the newest beta release, and the problem persisted still.
Looked through some forum posts- the only potential fix I could find from a similar rig was to disable hard drive sleep- which did not resolve the issue.

I’m not a log expert, but all I could find were a few messages saying the server was stopping, with no detail as to why.
I’d really appreciate some help on this, not enjoying restarting my server every morning so folks can watch their shows
