Plex server, store subtitles. Only manual, or is there a better/easier/faster way?

Just a question

Unfortunately the option to automatic download subtitles from opensubtitles.org in the " Agents" section is not available anymore.

And using the client for download the subtitles is only a short term resolution, because the subtitles are not stored.

My question is, how this can be done best?
Is there a better way instead of 100% manual (go to opensubtitles.com (or .org) search for the movie/series, decide for the best subtitle, download, unzip, copy the .srt file, rename it), because this is lot of work…and espicially for series, it will take a long time

Strange I thought that when the admin user grabbed a subtitle from within Plex that the downloaded SRT gets stored.
