All of a sudden the streaming quality dropped dramatically when casting from any plex app (laptop, apple tv, iphone) to apple tv or chromecast. Media is on an external hard drive, using a local server, but plays in high quality directly from the file on the laptop, so the files are fine. I’ve made sure all the playback settings are either maximum or 1080p. I’ve tried replacing the hard drive cables - tried moving the media to my laptop hard drive and streaming directly from there instead - nothing has worked. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Plex server. Videos are so bad they’re blurry and unwatchable. I’m at a loss as to what to try next. There was no issue up until about a week ago. My broadband speed is 300mbps/dl and 100mbps/ul
