Plex server unavailable after update until I kill Plex Update Service and restart the server

I’ve noticed this happening lately on both web updates and manual updates. After the update PleX becomes unavailable. I can see Plex and multiple py processes running as usual but server is not reachable. After some messing around I’ve narrowed it down to this. Shutdown Plex server, kill Plex Update Service, start the Plex server. Profit.
