My Plex server stops every time when a new update arrives. That is frustrating because the clients cant access the server and informs me that the server is down. Then I have to log on to the server and install the update manually to get it to start. I do not understand why it has to stop, cant it continue until I manually install the update or better still install the update automatically. Is there a solution to this?
I have this as well.
Though the last couple of updates (asked when starting apple tv client). When I’d next tried the server Plex was uninstalled. No update.
I’ve also had access denied on the Plex folder till I rebooted. But again has to manually reinstall.
