Plex server wil not run on Synology NAS

Server Version#: 1.19
Player Version#: Google Grome

Plex server version 1.14 runs fine on the Synoloyg NAS. Did a manual installation via Package Center of version 1.19. Plex server stop running after it is instald.
When I remove version 1.19 and reinstalle version 1.14 it will run.
What do I have to do to make version 1.19 running?
